• Project Coordinator

Project Coordinators under limited direction, reviews plans, and drawings; coordinates the design and completion of construction projects as assigned, and performs other related duties as assigned.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities

• Reviews design plans, as-built record drawings, and projects submittals/specifications for accuracy, completeness and conformance with applicable Federal, State and City laws, codes, ordinances and regulations.
• Oversees and coordinates construction projects ensuring projects stay within budget and are completed on schedule.
• Participates in project design meetings and reviews plans, specifications and engineering drawings for conformance to applicable codes.
• Prepares and makes recommendations for revisions and/or improvements to construction plans and specifications.
• Prepares daily project progress reports and project review meeting reports.
• Conducts on-site inspection of projects to identify non-conformance issues.
• Collects and provides technical and financial information regarding construction projects to management.
• Coordinates workflow and prepares and maintains comprehensive technical documentation.
• Acts as liaison between City representatives, project staff and contractors. Resolves issues related to contractor compliance.

• Permit Coordinator

This position involves managing/supporting the Permit Coordination with local and state municipalitites, organizing, tracking, applying for and obtaining permits from governing agencies for construction installation and engineering design projects. This role also involves considerable internal coordination among various client teams.

Permit Coordinator Responsibilities

• Coordinate permit requests and scheduling with various governmental agencies.
• acting as a liaison for clients. (i.e. County, DOT, Multiple Cities and Municipalitites).
• Meet with internal teams and/or government agencies for project updates and assist with any issues.
• Coordinate with Project Managers regarding construction schedules and permit requirements.
• Manage permit expirations and renewals and coordinate with Contractors.
• Organize and track all permits.
• File proper paperwork required to obtain permits.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word).

• Drafter

Drafter Responsibilities

• Utilize and apply drafting standards and techniques to Computer Aided Design (CAD) system.
• Prepare complete sets of drawings which include technical layout, multiple view, detail drawings and assembly drawings. Maintain proper documentation and database changes.
• Establish advance material requirements and bills of material; load bills into product structure as required to meet schedules.
• Utilize mathematical formulas to compute weights, load capacities, dimensions, quantities of material, etc.
• Interface with internal staff as well as customers and vendors regarding technical issues pertaining to parts, design, usage, specifications, etc.
• Provide guidance to Drafters as needed.

• Check work for accuracy and compatibility with standards.
• Review production orders and correctly identifies and orders the special parts required. Issue Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN).

• Reviewing utility poles and performing make ready engineering work that complies with the NESC and/or local safety regulations.
• Work in various customer specific systems to produce a cost effective engineered design for construction to place messenger strand, anchors, Fiber/copper and other attachments while complying with national and local regulations surrounding aerial construction.
• Engineer in the public right of way and on private property avoiding conflict with existing facilities.
• Review utility poles and field notes to determine most accurate make ready solution.
• Provide solutions for poles that fail pole loading or are not good candidates for new attachments.

• Responsible for the daily oversight of in-house and contracted GCs during the course of telecommunications construction projects.
• Ensures timelines are met, oversees and manages production, quality and deliverables.
• Ensures safety practices are maintained on the job site and reviews GC's job safety analysis (JSA) forms.
• Perform bid walks.

• Grant Writer

Go2 Telecom is looking for a Grant Writer to work on Broadband initiatives. This ideal candidate will research, write, and report on grant proposals designated as part of a diverse funder portfolio. This position will collaborate closely with leadership to maintain and create current program narrative and supporting documents to further the organization’s mission, vision, & strategic plan. You will maintain a grants calendar, determine submission priorities, research new funding leads, write proposals, and prepare reports for existing grants. You will be a proficient writer and have knowledge of Broadband initiatives, Bipartisan Infrastructure, Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment Program (BEAD) Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program (TBCP) along with the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, funder research and prospecting, proposal writing, grant portfolio management, and overall fundraising practices for nonprofits.

Grant Writer Responsibilities

• Prepare supporting documentation for grant submissions following the guidance and direction on all private and public grant activities.
• Write and develop accurate and compelling grant proposals and reports in collaboration with leadership in accord with funder deadlines
• Work to maintain a calendar and tracking system for all grant related activities.
• Gain an in-depth knowledge of the organization’s mission, strategic plan, programs, and initiatives to grow a dedicated funder portfolio.
